Microclimate as the basis for creating a comfortable urban environment

Abstract The article deals with the question of extent to which urban microclimate determines state comfort environment. To determine environment, criterion Dutch urbanist Jan Gel is used. discusses spatial and temporal scales microclimatic phenomena notes that main characteristics are variability. Specific examples demonstrate how can affect possibilities contained in regulatory documents for regulating conditions.
